Lighting designers looking for a cost-effective moving spot to create eye-catching light shows should check out the Blizzard SPOTMAN, a moving-spot fixture with sharp surface projections and brilliant beams of light, for use in small clubs and bars, event spaces, theaters, and more. It features a bright 30W white LED light source that generates a 13° beam angle, seven replaceable gobos, and a separate color wheel with seven vibrant color filters (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, cyan, magenta) plus open. Compact and lightweight (at 6.5 lb), the fixture is easy to transport and set up, and is ideal for mobile entertainers or any mobile production.
The SPOTMAN is equipped with a manual-focus wheel that enables you to precisely focus the gobos at varying distances—with shake effect. The fixture's moving head provides a pan range of 540° and a tilt range of 270°, with inversion modes for both. For use without a DMX controller, you can choose between sound-active, automatic, and variable-strobe modes for light shows right out of the box. The Master/Slave option lets you coordinate multiple fixtures without the need for a controller. For DMX control, the unit offers two DMX channel modes (9 and 11) with XLR 3-pin DMX in/out connectors. Multiple units can be connected to create complex lighting installations. The fixture is equipped with a universal power supply. It can be safely mounted using the included mounting bracket with locking knobs.
